Faligi Edition is the first European Publishing House, it was born in Aosta Valley, region of the Sovereign State of Italy, characterized by a Central European culture and the Italian-French bilingualism.

The European Union, with its 27 states, is now a very important cultural and socio-economic reality; we propose ourselves as the first European Publishing House because we believe that being modern means making culture with the promotion of human talent and creativity.

Faligi Edition includes the 23 languages (spoken and written) that are a peculiarity of the European Member States and intends to distribute and promote them through the European writers wishing to publish their works and make culture.

Authors who embrace the philosophy of Faligi Edition think, speak and write in different languages; they are writers that belong to socio-economic, cultural and religious extremely varied realities, they all have the awareness that culture is learning, knowledge, and that the differences are an enrichment and not a barrier.

We chose the Esperanto term Faligi that identifies our mark because it is a term that means "breaking down" (the Esperanto born from the idea of a planned international language that is not intended to replace ethnic languages [Italian, English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese etc..] but to serve as a second auxiliary language for all).
We believe that "Breaking down language barriers" means to know and spread the use of EU languages; that is why the philosophy of thought that accompanies our editions is the intent to promote and make known new emerging authors to international audience.

Faligi Edition chose to translate the "Works" of its writers in multiple languages to allow greater accessibility and distribution of talent and of human thought. All translations are carried out by translators qualified and certified through the Creative Meeting, professional courses for translators and with the creation of the Portal of Translators www.faligi.com
The first website entirely dedicated to literary translation that allows you to download in real-time the translation tests that translators did for our publishing house.

We believe in equality, in brotherhood between peoples and we are aware that modern technology draws people and cultures nearer; with our initiative we intend to spread human knowledge through literature and science as a universal heritage of humanity. Learning is enrichment and consequently freedom.

Our hope is to bequeath to our children a cultural multilingualism, devoid of cultural, religious and racial prejudices. It is an example of publishing based on welcome, acceptance and respect for "otherness."
